Scheduler - South Carolina Licensed

Job Summary

To support a dynamic imaging center, the remote Scheduler - South Carolina Licensed will manage inbound and outbound calls, accurately schedule patient appointments across multiple modalities, and ensure effective communication with referring providers and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Handle multiple phone lines while providing excellent communication and telephone etiquette
• Master the in-house software system to schedule various imaging modalities and input clinical data
• Maintain rapport with referring providers and create exceptional patient experiences through professionalism and compassion

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0 - 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or high-volume call center
• Excellent typing skills (40+ WPM) with a strong focus on accuracy
• Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask effectively
