Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule outpatient visits and procedures for multiple clinics
• Obtain and verify patient information to ensure accurate scheduling and registration
• Communicate scheduling changes and respond to patient and staff needs effectively

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• State criminal background check and Federal check as required
• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Experience in a scheduling or registration role is preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial
