Job Summary
To support participant care, the full-time Florida Licensed Scheduling Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, provide administrative support, and perform receptionist duties in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Schedules and coordinates appointments with internal and external providers while managing participant flow
- Greets participants, performs necessary documentation, and maintains clinic supply inventory
- Acts as a liaison between participants and specialists, ensuring effective communication and care coordination
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative or clerical experience, including data entry and customer service
- 1+ year of scheduling experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
