Job Summary

To support participant care, the full-time Florida Licensed Scheduling Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, provide administrative support, and perform receptionist duties in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Schedules and coordinates appointments with internal and external providers while managing participant flow
  • Greets participants, performs necessary documentation, and maintains clinic supply inventory
  • Acts as a liaison between participants and specialists, ensuring effective communication and care coordination
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of administrative or clerical experience, including data entry and customer service
  • 1+ year of scheduling experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
