Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling/Timekeeping Coordinator to manage timekeeping functions and schedule maintenance for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and update payroll system entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop and finalize staff schedules
  • Act as a liaison for staff and managers regarding timekeeping and scheduling inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Three years of customer service or office experience
  • Experience with computer data entry and troubleshooting
  • Experience with word processing and spreadsheets
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited institution
