Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scheduling/Timekeeping Coordinator to manage timekeeping functions and schedule maintenance for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update payroll system entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies
- Collaborate with department managers to develop and finalize staff schedules
- Act as a liaison for staff and managers regarding timekeeping and scheduling inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Three years of customer service or office experience
- Experience with computer data entry and troubleshooting
- Experience with word processing and spreadsheets
- Demonstrated interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited institution
