Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of customer orders, including scheduling and installation
- Engage in consistent inbound and outbound communication regarding scheduling installs
- Coordinate work schedules and track orders using company systems
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2 years of experience in telecommunications
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without supervision
