Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator I to manage service scheduling and provide customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Interact with clients to ensure accurate scheduling and documentation of services
- Facilitate communication among Insurance Carriers, Provider Offices, Attorney Offices, and Injured Workers
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency with scheduling software and office applications
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Flexibility to work between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday
