Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator I to manage service scheduling and provide customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Interact with clients to ensure accurate scheduling and documentation of services
  • Facilitate communication among Insurance Carriers, Provider Offices, Attorney Offices, and Injured Workers
Required Qualifications
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Flexibility to work between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday
