Job Summary

To support effective staff scheduling and accurate timekeeping, the full-time remote Scheduling Coordinator will manage timekeeper functions and schedule generation for assigned employees, utilizing workforce applications and collaborating with department managers.

Key responsibilities
  • Regularly review and update payroll system entries, ensuring all discrepancies are reported and documented
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop and finalize staff schedules, accommodating shift needs and changes
  • Communicate effectively with staff and managers regarding timekeeping and scheduling inquiries, ensuring accurate resolution of concerns
Required qualifications
  • Three years of customer service or office experience
  • Experience with computer data entry and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
