Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Scheduling Coordinator will manage the accurate and timely scheduling of services while facilitating communication between clients and various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality customer service on a timely basis to all clients and stakeholders
- Interact with clients to ensure services are accurately scheduled and documented
- Maintain accurate documentation of all scheduling activities and communications
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
- Proficiency with scheduling software and office applications
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
