Job Summary
To support home care operations, the full-time remote Scheduling Coordinator will coordinate caregiver schedules, process same-day care requests, and manage communications with caregivers and clients in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and adjust caregiver schedules throughout the day
- Process same-day schedule changes and manage caregiver call-outs
- Respond to caregiver and client inquiries via phone, text, and messaging platforms
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in home care scheduling or healthcare operations
- Experience coordinating schedules and handling time-sensitive issues
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills
- Comfort working with multiple software platforms simultaneously
- Experience with CRM and scheduling software is preferred
