Job Summary

To support home care operations, the full-time remote Scheduling Coordinator will coordinate caregiver schedules, process same-day care requests, and manage communications with caregivers and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and adjust caregiver schedules throughout the day
  • Process same-day schedule changes and manage caregiver call-outs
  • Respond to caregiver and client inquiries via phone, text, and messaging platforms
Required qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in home care scheduling or healthcare operations
  • Experience coordinating schedules and handling time-sensitive issues
  • Strong customer service and phone communication skills
  • Comfort working with multiple software platforms simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM and scheduling software is preferred
