Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with processing employee time-off requests and maintain proper documentation
  • Input schedule updates into the system and maintain accurate records of employee hours and absences
  • Provide administrative support during the resolution of scheduling conflicts and communicate changes to team members
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and formatting
  • Experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred but not required
  • Ability to work alternating weekends as part of a 2-3-2-day shift schedule
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
