Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in scheduling or operations within ABA therapy, healthcare, or a related field
• Strong leadership skills focused on team morale and open communication
• Proficiency in scheduling software, preferably Central Reach, and experience with AI-driven tools
• Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to analyze scheduling data and implement improvements
