Job Summary

Managing the daily operations of patient scheduling within the Revenue Cycle, the full-time Scheduling Manager will develop goals and policies, monitor budgets, and oversee staffing activities in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement goals, standards, and policies that align with the organization's strategic vision
• Monitor departmental budgets and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage staffing functions including recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Five years of experience in relevant fields, with at least two years in a leadership role
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and data entry as required
