Scheduling Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of late-stage renewable energy projects, the hybrid Scheduling Manager will lead a team of contract schedulers, ensuring schedule integrity and providing oversight for project scheduling across multiple EPC environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of contract schedulers, ensuring accurate and current project schedules
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, integrating inputs from various EPC schedules
• Implement scheduling best practices and metrics to assess and communicate schedule health to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, including cost and resource loading
• Hands-on experience with utility-scale solar-plus-storage projects in a multi-EPC environment
• Proficiency in scheduling best practices, including critical path method and schedule quality metrics
