Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Operations Specialist to support patient and family scheduling needs in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to assigned onboarding tasks efficiently and timely
• Schedule initial intakes with providers and activate patient accounts during onboarding
• Educate patients on the treatment model and ensure alignment of expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business administration, communications, or a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer/patient success or support role
• Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
• Proficiency with digital, cloud-based communication and software platforms
