Key responsibilities

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of call center experience, including at least 1 year in an outbound or patient outreach role
• Experience using Five9 or similar outbound dialer platforms
• Familiarity with EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient interactions
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
