Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Schedule Specialist to manage patient referrals and visit schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilizes an automated scheduling system to maintain a calendar of services for customers
• Processes workflow for scheduled, missed, rescheduled, reassigned, and delivered visits
• Monitors pending referrals and assigns professionals for start of care visits

Required Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting using an online scheduling system (preferred)
• Working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing OASIS visits (preferred)
