Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Specialist to provide outreach and support for eligible members in accessing healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical programs and assist members with scheduling and navigating available services
• Conduct member outreach and manage communication preferences while collaborating with various departments to enhance member experience
• Document member interactions accurately and meet individual and team goals while contributing to member satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience in healthcare navigation, particularly with Medicare Advantage or HMO
• High School Diploma or GED is required; college courses are preferred
• Experience in a clinical setting managing provider schedules is preferred
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or other languages are preferred
• Must be available for full-time work, including overtime during enrollment periods
