Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Specialist to provide outreach and support to eligible members for accessing healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical programs and assist members with scheduling and navigating their healthcare options
• Conduct outreach and manage inbound calls while adhering to member communication preferences
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance the member experience and document member information accurately

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience in navigating access to care through Medicare Advantage or HMO
• High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
• Experience in a clinical setting managing provider schedules is preferred
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or other languages are preferred
• Must be available for full-time work, including overtime during peak enrollment periods
