Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Specialist to provide outreach and support for member access to clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical programs and assist members with scheduling and navigating their healthcare needs
• Conduct member outreach and manage inbound calls, accommodating communication preferences
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance the member experience and connect them to appropriate services

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience in healthcare navigation, preferably with Medicare Advantage or HMO
• High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
• Experience in a clinical setting managing provider schedules is preferred
• Availability for full-time work, including overtime during peak enrollment periods
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or other languages are preferred
