Job Summary

To support eligible members in accessing essential care, the fully remote Scheduling Specialist will provide outreach, assist in navigating clinical programs, and ensure effective scheduling while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical programs and assist members with scheduling and inquiries
  • Conduct outreach and manage inbound calls, accommodating members' communication preferences
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance the member experience and connect them to appropriate services
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience in Medicare Advantage or HMO
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain constructive relationships with diverse members
  • Strong computer skills with a typing speed of 40+ words per minute
  • Availability to work full-time and overtime during peak enrollment periods
