Job Summary

Providing essential support to ensure eligible members access clinical programs, the full-time remote Scheduling Specialist will conduct outreach, manage scheduling, and collaborate with various departments to enhance the member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical programs, assisting members with scheduling and navigating their healthcare options
• Conduct outreach and inbound calls to members, accommodating their communication preferences while ensuring timely responses
• Document member interactions accurately and meet individual and team performance goals to support healthcare outcomes

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience in Medicare Advantage or HMO settings
• High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
• Strong computer skills with a typing speed of 40+ words per minute
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse members and teams
• Must be available for full-time work, including overtime during peak enrollment periods
