Job Summary
Providing essential support to ensure eligible members access clinical programs, the full-time remote Scheduling Specialist will conduct outreach, manage scheduling, and collaborate with various departments to enhance the member experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical programs, assisting members with scheduling and navigating their healthcare options
- Conduct outreach and inbound calls to members, accommodating their communication preferences while ensuring timely responses
- Document member interactions accurately and meet individual and team performance goals to support healthcare outcomes
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience in Medicare Advantage or HMO settings
- High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
- Strong computer skills with a typing speed of 40+ words per minute
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse members and teams
- Must be available for full-time work, including overtime during peak enrollment periods
