Job Summary

A company is looking for a Schedule Specialist in Home Health, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient referrals and visit schedules using an automated scheduling system
• Process workflow for scheduled, missed, rescheduled, reassigned, and delivered visits
• Communicate with field staff regarding visits that are late, pending, or incomplete for resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting using an online scheduling system (preferred)
• Working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing OASIS visits (preferred)
