Job Summary

Supporting a growing Scheduling Department, the full-time remote Scheduling Team Lead will guide scheduling staff, monitor productivity, and ensure efficient appointment scheduling for disability evaluations and occupational health services.

Key responsibilities
  • Support and guide scheduling staff to ensure daily work is completed accurately and on time
  • Monitor scheduler productivity and performance, providing updates to management
  • Identify scheduling issues and communicate solutions to leadership
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of clerical, administrative, scheduling, or customer service experience
  • Previous scheduling or call center experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
