Scheduling Template Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Template Specialist - Access Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update Oracle Health-based provider and resource templates within the Munson Provider Network
• Monitor schedule change requests and develop scheduling templates to optimize provider time
• Support improvements in patient access, provider scheduling rates, and provider productivity

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in health services administration or related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare if an associate's degree is not held
• Experience with automated Information Systems, including Oracle Health and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Experience in schedule management and applying medical templates preferred but not required
• Ability to work a flexible shift may be required occasionally
