Job Summary
To enhance the skills of new schedulers, the remote COE Scheduling Trainer will provide comprehensive training through virtual classes, one-on-one engagement, and group presentations, while collaborating with leadership to ensure scheduling independence is achieved within the established timeframe.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate training for new hires on HCHB Navigation, Scheduling Workflow, and daily task management
- Provide instruction on complex scheduling topics, ensuring learner comprehension and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with local branch leaders to oversee new-hire onboarding and conduct annual competency skills checkoffs
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of home health scheduling experience required
- Experience in training or instruction is required
- Advanced knowledge of scheduling processes and HCHB workflow
