Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for prospective families, the remote School Admissions Officer will respond to inquiries, conduct discovery conversations, and transition qualified leads to the sales team for enrollment in a part-time capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound parent inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct discovery conversations with prospective families to gather information regarding student needs and educational objectives
  • Provide accurate information about the program and qualify leads before handing them off to the sales team
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of professional experience in a customer-facing role such as admissions or educational administration
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office productivity tools
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in data entry and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent conversations and prioritize inquiries effectively
  • Personal experience in athletics or a sports-related role, with an understanding of the youth athletics landscape
