Job Summary

Serving as a key point of contact for students, families, and internal staff, the remote School Coordinator will manage admissions support, maintain accurate records within the CRM, and assist with registrar and placement processes in a part-time capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound phone and email communications while directing inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Support admissions and registrar processes by maintaining student data and assisting with onboarding
  • Document interactions and maintain data integrity across school platforms and systems
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, admissions, or education preferred
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and SIS systems is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
