Job Summary

A company is looking for a School Data Coordinator responsible for contacting withdrawn families and verifying student schooling options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact withdrawn Connections Academy families to determine student schooling status
• Verify next schooling information with the reported schooling entity
• Collect and upload official verification documents to student accounts

Required Qualifications:

• Call center and customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a virtual environment
• Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of FERPA guidelines and student privacy policies
