School Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a School Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Strategic CSMs to build relationships with large school districts and drive school production adoption
• Connect district goals to individual school use and share user feedback with internal stakeholders
• Create scalable strategies to deliver results within prioritized schools and drive product adoption, renewal, and expansion

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in the education field, either working in district or partnering with districts at previous companies
• Experience in client success planning and driving product adoption with users
• Ability to uncover hidden needs and translate client goals into applicable goals for the company
• Proactive management of client relationships and strategic planning to maximize results
• Proven history of partnering with Sales team to achieve revenue goals and work across teams to ensure client resources are met
