Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and supporting new clients
• Promote customer engagement through effective communication and implementation plans
• Review student achievement data and consult with administrators to enhance virtual instruction fidelity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or business administration; experience in virtual school programming preferred
• Minimum 3 years of K-12 teaching experience in a school setting
• Administrative educator credential preferred
• Knowledge of education, industry sales, and business models
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with database software preferred
