School Startup Operations Guide

Job Summary

To support Emerging Teacher Leaders in their school startup journey, the contract-based School Supports Ops Guide will coach ETLs through milestones, coordinate support ecosystems, and monitor progress while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach Emerging Teacher Leaders through school design and launch decisions, utilizing Wildflower's tools and resources
• Co-create individualized support networks for ETL teams, connecting them with resources and specialists
• Maintain documentation of ETL work and communicate progress to stakeholders through regular updates

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, project management, or educational startup settings
• Direct experience with school startup processes, including budgeting and operational design
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Excel; familiarity with budget planning tools
• Equity-focused mindset with a commitment to empowering others
