Job Summary

School Success Lead, a full-time position focused on building partnerships with schools and districts, facilitating implementation, and driving educational impact through the effective use of products designed for multilingual learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of school and district partners, serving as a trusted thought partner throughout onboarding and implementation
• Lead onboarding sessions and support educators during implementation to ensure successful adoption of products in classrooms
• Monitor engagement and implementation patterns to help schools translate product usage into meaningful outcomes for students

Required Qualifications

• Deep multilingual education expertise with experience supporting multilingual learners in K-12 schools
• At least 5 years of experience working in K-12 environments as a teacher, instructional leader, or administrator
• Strong skills in facilitation and relationship building across diverse stakeholders
• Ability to create structure and manage details effectively in a dynamic environment
• Experience thriving in early-stage environments and embracing ambiguity
