Job Summary

Leading the post-sales journey for schools, the full-time School Success Lead will manage onboarding, support, engagement, and retention efforts to ensure client satisfaction and success in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the School Success function to drive satisfaction, retention, and renewals through proactive engagement
  • Own the onboarding process for new and renewing clients, ensuring successful adoption of Revision Village
  • Gather and synthesize client feedback to support product development and improve the end-to-end client lifecycle
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in client experience, customer success, account management, or operations with leadership experience
  • Proven track record in building or improving customer success and support systems
  • Strong people management and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights through cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency with CRM/support tools and strong reporting and spreadsheet skills
