School Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a School Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with high schools to ensure effective implementation of the college-in-high school model
• Support the implementation of college credit-bearing courses and provide technical assistance to co-teachers
• Expand offerings within existing schools and collaborate with internal teams to analyze data and deliver impact reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience required
• Teaching and/or education program management experience highly valued; familiarity with Salesforce and/or Canvas preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Deep understanding of and curiosity about dual-enrollment, early college, and college access spaces
• Commitment to advancing educational equity and supporting students from underserved backgrounds
