School Success Manager

Job Summary

To support the successful adoption and implementation of NEON's college-in-high school model, the full-time School Success Manager will manage relationships with high school partners, oversee course logistics, and ensure effective communication with educational teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with high school principals and teachers to facilitate the implementation of NEON's educational model
• Support the implementation of college credit-bearing courses, including technical assistance and progress updates
• Expand NEON's offerings within existing schools by managing ongoing communication with administrators

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience required
• Teaching and/or education program management experience highly valued; familiarity with Salesforce and/or Canvas preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Demonstrated commitment to educational equity and supporting underserved students
• Deep understanding of dual-enrollment, early college, and college access spaces
