Job Summary

Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for clinical development and engineering positions, the full-time Science and Engineering Recruiter will engage with stakeholders, source high-quality candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working remotely in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle for clinical development and engineering roles, including defining role requirements and coordinating interviews
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics in ATS/CRM systems
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidate slates and support workforce planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments
