Science Curriculum Manager

Job Summary

Managing a content development team, the full-time Group Curriculum Manager, Science will oversee the creation and review of curriculum materials for grades K-8, ensuring high-quality educational content delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the content development team, providing leadership and performance management to ensure effective content production
• Coordinate multi-curriculum content development, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of instructional materials
• Establish content quality benchmarks and review procedures to maintain educational effectiveness across curriculum programs

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive science curriculum content development experience, including 3-5 years in management roles
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership within science content development
• Expertise in multi-curriculum project management and content development operations
• Strong understanding of educational standards, curriculum alignment, and assessment integration
