Science Editorial Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis from July 2026 to January 2027, the Science Editorial Specialist will review, write, edit, and revise content to support development teams while ensuring alignment with NGSS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Creates new content to meet customer needs as assigned
• Conducts research for content and assets to deliver content
• Reviews content plans and provides feedback against established criteria

Required qualifications

• At least 20 years of editorial experience
• Extensive experience developing NGSS-aligned core curricular programs
• Deep understanding of NGSS standards and their application in curriculum development
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Project Management tools
