Key Responsibilities

• Advise customers on protein optimisation projects suitable for the platform and translate scientific goals into actionable objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring they are informed of results and potential new projects
• Measure customer satisfaction and collaborate with product teams to enhance features based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• PhD in molecular biology, bioengineering, bioinformatics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in biopharma in a scientific role focused on protein engineering, particularly antibodies
• Deep knowledge of the biopharmaceutical R&D process, methods, and tooling
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Experience with machine learning and proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries is a plus
