Scientific Board Member

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliated Board Member I (Scientific).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies during Institutional Review Board (IRB) reviews
• Provide expertise to resolve day-to-day challenges and assist with the review of submissions
• Attend board meetings, present protocol-related issues, and consult with sponsors and investigators on regulatory affairs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• One (1) year of IRB or Clinical Research Industry experience preferred, or a minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare within the last 6 years
• Master's Degree or other graduate-level degree with an emphasis in a scientific background is preferred
• Strong understanding of biological and/or pharmacological sciences through education or experience
