Scientific Board Member

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliated Board Member I (Scientific).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies during IRB reviews
• Provide expertise and guidance to address day-to-day challenges and assist with submission reviews
• Attend board meetings, present protocol issues, and identify areas for improvement in reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• One year of IRB or Clinical Research Industry experience preferred, or three years in healthcare within the last six years
• Master's Degree or other graduate level degree in a scientific field preferred
• Strong understanding of biological and/or pharmacological sciences
• Experience in mentoring and team building is beneficial
