Job Summary
Supporting a key life-sciences client on a full-time hybrid basis, the Freelance Scientific Business Analyst will provide technical expertise on global scientific platforms, gather requirements, and develop workflows while collaborating with developers to implement scientific technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on clients' global scientific platforms
- Gather requirements, develop process maps, and translate them into workflows
- Design and deliver training materials and sessions to encourage user adoption and standardization
Required qualifications
- Experience with scientific laboratory workflows in the life sciences sector
- Experience in laboratory informatics business analysis
- Proven skills in business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation
- Strong stakeholder and change management experience
- Structured approach to problem-solving
