Scientific Communication Lead

Job Summary

Leading the development of outreach programs and communication content, the full-time Scientific Communication Lead will utilize expertise in biomedical sciences and scientific writing to create engaging materials for diverse audiences in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gain familiarity with multi-center research consortia and related biomedical topics
• Design and create newsletters, web content, social media posts, and infographics to effectively communicate research findings
• Manage the development and dissemination of communication products in collaboration with project leaders

Required qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a life or biomedical science discipline or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in life or biomedical sciences or scientific communication
• Education or professional experience in scientific writing, communication, and event planning
• Proficiency in modern design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Effective task management skills in a fast-paced environment
