Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientific Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Research data acquisition strategies for scientific lab instrumentation
Design and build data models, pipelines, and associated tests
Build visualizations, reports, and dashboards using various tools

Required Qualifications

Over 3 years of experience in Python and SQL
PhD degree in biology, chemistry, or relevant fields
Extensive wet lab experience, preferably with HPLC and Mass Spec
Experience with data plotting and dashboarding tools is a plus
Passionate about data problems and using AI for innovative solutions
