Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientific R&D Data Steward to manage information and drive innovation in biomedical data governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on data governance standards and handling practices for biomedical data
• Draft policies for the use and sharing of research data and coordinate education on best practices
• Build IT and data project plans, manage data requirements, and identify cost efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 10 years in data management and governance
• Experience managing biomedical data types such as EHRs and radiological imaging
• Experience with PII, PHI, CUI, and IP data management implementing FAIR and FHIR practices
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
