Scientific Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientific Director (Commercial / Promotional).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and oversee scientific content for assigned accounts across various therapeutic areas
• Provide clients with strategic medical communication recommendations to support brand goals
• Supervise Associate Scientific Directors and manage content-related tasks with in-house or freelance staff

Required Qualifications

• An advanced degree in science is required
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in promotional medical education content
• Experience with established professional medical editorial processes and ethical guidelines
• Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data and manage projects within tight deadlines
• Experience with rare disease is preferred but not required
