Scientific Director

Job Summary

Providing scientific and clinical expertise in multiple therapeutic areas, the full-time salaried Scientific Director will manage instructional design, content development, and educational program execution while identifying new business opportunities and ensuring alignment with the latest evidence and emerging therapies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Identifies educational needs and conducts gap analyses to improve clinician knowledge and practice
• Writes, reviews, and edits medical education content, ensuring scientific accuracy and alignment with learning objectives
• Collaborates with faculty and internal teams to develop content and coordinate educational activities from proposal to completion

Required qualifications:

• Scientific or medical qualifications preferred (e.g., NP/PA, RPh/PharmD, MD/DO, PhD)
• 3+ years of experience in medical writing, medical education, or scientific communication
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and educational design is preferred
• Experience in Oncology and Hematology is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, EndNote, and PubMed
