Scientific Director, Breast Cancer

Job Summary

Providing scientific and strategic leadership for evidence generation across a portfolio of breast cancer diagnostic products, the full-time remote Scientific Director, Breast Cancer will manage clinical and translational research programs, develop integrated evidence strategies, and oversee external scientific collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the scientific lead for the breast cancer evidence portfolio, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives
• Provide scientific oversight for clinical studies, including developing research plans and monitoring study execution
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and research networks to foster external collaborations

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D., M.D., Pharm.D., or equivalent advanced degree in oncology, cancer biology, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology clinical development or translational research
• Demonstrated expertise in breast cancer biology and clinical management
• Experience developing and executing clinical studies for molecular diagnostics or AI-based diagnostics
• Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications and experience in cross-functional environments
