Scientific Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of scientific engagement strategies, the full-time Scientific Engagement Manager will enhance awareness and clinical utilization of molecular profiling products while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tumor-specific scientific engagement strategies to promote Caris products
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Marketing to ensure alignment of scientific messaging and initiatives
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of educational resources that translate complex scientific data into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD) in molecular biology, genetics, oncology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or the life sciences industry
• Proven ability to develop scientific content and effectively communicate complex concepts
• Experience working cross-functionally with Medical Affairs or MSL teams
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
