Job Summary

Early-career candidates with a scientific background will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Scientific Engagement Specialist, responsible for conducting high-volume scientific outreach to top physicians, presenting clinical data, and converting interest into business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own outbound scientific engagement to high-priority oncologists and surgeons through personalized communication methods
• Present validation data and clinical utility evidence fluently while addressing complex questions on study design
• Convert physician interest into first orders or early access participation and support field representatives with scientific expertise

Required qualifications

• PhD (or MD/PharmD) in a relevant field, ideally related to cancer biology
• Genuine command of clinical oncology literature with the ability to critique trial design
• Strong persuasive writing and speaking skills, with a knack for engaging skeptical audiences
• Ability to thrive in a metric-driven environment, working with quotas and a commercial pipeline
• High proficiency in Google Slides/PowerPoint for creating compelling, data-driven visuals
